Alan Feld, Founder & Managing Partner
Alan Feld is the Founder and Managing Partner of Vintage Investment Partners. Prior to founding Vintage in 2002, Alan Feld was a general partner at Israel Seed Partners and at Vertex Ventures. Prior to Vertex, Alan was the Managing Director of Evergreen Capital Markets/Robertson Stephens Israel. Before moving to Israel in 1994, Alan was at Goodman’s (Toronto), one of Canada’s leading corporate law firms.
Alan was Founding Chairman of StartUp Jerusalem, a non-profit organization run by Israeli and Palestinian businesspeople helping to foster job growth in Jerusalem. Alan currently serves as Chairman of the Steering Committee of the Be'eri project, an initiative of the Hartman Institute, and is also a former board member of the Israel Democracy Institute and the Jewish Funders Network (US). Alan also served as Associate Chairman of the Canadian Jewish Congress, President of the North American Jewish Students Network and a board member of the Canada Israel Committee and Kolot (Jerusalem), a pluralistic adult Jewish education program.
Alan received an MBA from York University in Toronto, an L.L.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto and a B.A. in Commerce and Finance from the University of Toronto.

Abe Finkelstein, General Partner
Before joining Vintage Investment Partners in 2003, Abe was an equity analyst with Goldman Sachs covering Israel-based technology companies in a wide variety of sectors, including software, telecom equipment, networking, semiconductor and satellite communications. While at Goldman Sachs, Abe and the Israel team were highly ranked by both Thomson Extel and Institutional Investor. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Abe was Vice-President at US Bancorp Piper Jaffray, where he helped start and headed its Israel technology shares institutional sales effort. Before joining Piper, he was an Associate at Brown Brothers Harriman covering the enterprise software and Internet sectors. Abe began his career at Josephthal, Lyon and Ross, joining one of the first research teams focused exclusively on Israel-based companies.
Abe graduated Magna Cum Laude from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics and concentration in Finance.

Amit Frenkel, General Partner
Prior to joining Vintage Investment Partners in 2005, Amit was general partner at Carmel Ventures and Israel Infinity. Previously, Amit served as the fund manager of the Clalit Capital Fund LP, where he restructured the fund and brought it to profitability. Clalit invested in 17 companies and had 13 successful exits, generating an IRR of over 60% per annum. Amit was active in building and promoting the portfolio companies throughout their life cycle. His investments include Breezecom, Nur Macroprinters, Paradigm Geophysical, Celletra, Radvision, NiceCom, Viryanet, ProActivity, among others. Before becoming a venture capitalist, Amit was Vice President of Clal Issuing Ltd., the largest investment banking house in Israel, where he led numerous M&A and private placement transactions. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of cVidya, Red Bend and Unipier.
Amit received an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Hagai Goldhirsh, Partner & CFO
Prior to joining Vintage Investment Partners in early 2004, Hagai was the CFO of AIG Orion Venture Capital Fund, a $110 million VC fund based in Israel. Prior to AIG Orion, he was a Senior Audit Manager at E&Y Israel focusing on technology IPOs, M&As, private placements, restructurings and other corporate transactions.
Hagai received an MBA and a BA in Economics and Accounting from the Recanati Business School at the Tel-Aviv University, and an L.L.M. from Bar-Ilan University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Ehud Hai, Partner & CTO
Before joining Vintage Investment Partners in 2006, Ehud was a Director of Product Management in Alvarion's Broadband Mobility Unit, where he led the company's Mobile WiMAX Product Management team. Prior to Alvarion, Ehud held several positions with ECI Telecom's Broadband Access division, including Director of Solutions Marketing, Senior Product Manager and System Architect. While at ECI, his responsibilities spanned various technology areas including xDSL, FTTH, IPTV and more. Ehud has also led defense-related projects in the Israeli Air Force in the fields of communications and navigation, from inception through to system introduction.
Ehud received an MBA from the Haifa University and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the Israeli Institute of Technology (Technion).

Yonatan Sinuany, VP Finance
Prior to joining Vintage Investment Partners in 2008, Yonatan was a Manager of the Economics Department at Amdocs, preparing budgets, assessing the economic validity of projects, financial planning and auditing. Prior to Amdocs, Yonatan was a Senior Auditor at E&Y Israel, leading the audits of several firms, including two Israeli venture capital funds. Yonatan has served as a Tutor in the business faculty at the Hebrew University.
Yonatan holds a BA (Dean's List) in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and an MBA with a specialty in Finance and Accounting from the Hebrew University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Irit Habshush, Senior Associate
Before joining Vintage Investment Partners in 2012, Irit held a senior role as an Associate in BDO’s Project Finance team focusing on the renewable energy sector. Prior to BDO, Irit worked as an Analyst in HSBC’s Investment Banking practice. At HSBC, Irit covered a broad range of industries and focused on M&A, equity and debt capital market transactions. Irit worked in both HSBC’s London and Tel Aviv offices.
Irit received her MBA from Columbia Business School in New York where she specialized in finance and private equity. During her MBA summer internship, Irit worked as an Associate at JP Morgan in the natural resources group in London. Irit also interned at Prudence Holdings, a private equity family office based in New York and Tel Aviv. At Prudence, Irit worked on one of the largest restructuring projects in Israel.
Irit earned her BA (Magna Cum Laude) in Business Administration at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya.

Yoni Levy, Associate
Before joining Vintage, Yoni held several positions with Ophir Optronics, including Corporate Finance Analyst and Executive Assistant to the CEO. While at Ophir Optronics, Yoni was involved in several M&A deals in the US and Europe, including the sale of Ophir to Newport Corporation, and also formulated strategies and business development plans for the company. Prior to Ophir, Yoni was an economist within the Research Division at the Bank of Israel, where he carried out macroeconomic research in the fields of foreign trade and balance of payments.
Yoni holds an MA in Financial Economics and a BA (Magna Cum Laude) in Economics and Middle Eastern History, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Yonah Monk, Analyst
Yonah joined Vintage in March 2012. During his undergraduate studies, Yonah worked at Goldman Sachs in the investment banking division in London where he gained experience in analyzing equity markets and marketing IPOs and follow-on offerings to clients in the emerging markets, as well as structuring and marketing equity derivatives strategies to clients throughout Europe.
Yonah also interned at UBS’ equity research desk in Israel, where he worked closely with the director of the team in analyzing publicly listed Israeli companies in the telecommunications and banking sectors.
Yonah holds a BSc in Banking and Finance with First Class Honors from the London School of Economics.

Moshe Avigzer, Controller
Before joining Vintage Investment Partners in 2012, Moshe held a senior role as a consultant in Deloitte’s Transaction Services team. Prior to Deloitte, Moshe worked as an advisor in KPMG’s Financial Advisory Services department. At both Deloitte and KPMG, Moshe covered a broad range of industries and focused on M&A, due diligence and valuation services. Prior to KPMG, Moshe worked as an analyst at Vintage.
Moshe serves as a Tutor in the business faculty at the Tel-Aviv University.
Moshe holds a BA in Accounting (cum Laude) and MBA in Financial Management from the Recanati Business School at Tel-Aviv University, and an L.L.B. from Tel-Aviv University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Rinat Oyzerman, Controller
Prior to joining Vintage Investment Partners in 2013, Rinat worked at Comverse Technologies in New York, focusing on consolidation and preparation of financial statements and external reporting. Prior to Comverse, Rinat was responsible for accounting, internal and external reporting and SOX procedures of employee benefits at FMC Corporation in Philadelphia. Before joining FMC, Rinat was a senior auditor in Deloitte’ s Tel Aviv office. Rinat has served as a TA in the accounting faculty at the Tel Aviv University.
Rinat holds a BA in Accounting (cum laude) from the Recanati Business School at Tel-Aviv University, and a BA in Psychology from the Tel-Aviv University’s School of Psychological Sciences. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel.

Einav Avital, Bookkeeper
Einav joined Vintage after returning from a long stay in the US, where she had worked as a budget, bookkeeping and payroll manager at the Israeli Ministry of Finance delegation offices in New York.
Einav gained her previous finance experience while working as an event planner at "Pri Ha'Aretz".
Einav holds a BSc in Life Sciences / Biology from the Tel Aviv University.

Limor Neidorf Zafrir, Executive Assistant
Limor joined Vintage Investment Partners in September. 2011.
Limor is highly experienced in the VC world after having worked for more than 10 years at Pitango Venture Capital.
Limor has a degree from the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU and holds a law degree (LLB) from Leicester University in England. Prior to joining the VC world, Limor practiced law in Israel, she worked at the State Prosecutor's Unit in Tel Aviv and a private law firm focused on the banking industry.

Shoshi Kimchi, Executive Assistant
Shoshi joined Vintage Investment Partners in December 2012.
Prior to Vintage, Shoshi worked at Teledata Networks Ltd. for 14 years as Executive Assistant to the CEOs.
Shoshi holds a BA in Special Education and English Literature from the Tel Aviv University.
